Frank Nofer focuses his practice on complex civil litigation and trial practice in the state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  A substantial part of his practice is devoted to the defense of architects, engineers, and other design professionals involved in all types of commercial, industrial, institutional and residential construction projects and disputes, as well as attorneys and law firms against diverse of claims of professional malpractice. Frank also defends a wide variety of products liability and general catastrophic personal injury and major property loss claims. 

Mike McCarter

Mike McCarter is an experienced litigator and counselor with a diverse practice, who provides representation and advice to a wide variety of clients – from individuals and small businesses to multinational corporations and international design firms – in matters ranging from the negotiation and preparation of construction contracts and professional services agreements, to loss prevention and litigation of a wide range of commercial and tort claims.  Mike strives in every case to identify his client’s goals and concerns, and to tailor his representation accordingly to efficiently and cost-effectively achieve the most favorable results.

Madison Bierley

Madison Bierley’s practice focuses on the representation of the insureds of commercial, general liability and professional liability insurers, as well as self-insured businesses and individuals, in a wide variety of premises liability, personal injury and property casualty claims. Madison’s practice also concentrates on the defense of complex products liability claims involving consumer products, defending educational institutions from premises liability matters, and handling accounting malpractice actions based on alleged failure to uncover embezzlements.
