Frank Nofer focuses his practice on complex civil litigation and trial practice in the state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the Board of Claims, as well as in alternate dispute fora. A substantial part of his practice is devoted to the defense of architects, engineers and other design professionals involved in all types of commercial, industrial, institutional and residential construction projects and disputes, as well as attorneys and law firms against diverse claims of professional malpractice.

Mr. Nofer also defends a wide variety of products liability, general catastrophic personal injury and major property loss claims. His clients include national and multinational corporations and their insurers. He has represented clients involved in the manufacture and/or distribution of electrical equipment, industrial machinery, hoists, lifts, conveyor systems, building and highway materials, automobile parts and accessories, packaging and shipping materials and equipment, restraint systems, industrial and commercial kitchen equipment, home appliances, asbestos-containing products, and others.

Additionally, Mr. Nofer is frequently asked to handle appeals for clients, and has successfully briefed and argued matters in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the intermediate Pennsylvania and New Jersey state appellate courts, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
